The best stories come from whisking ourselves away from the comfort of our apartments and into the dynamic streets of Los Angeles.  We are curious and social people and we want to report back to our readers what we’ve seen, discovered, and thought about for a moment or two while existing in the sprawl of a legendary city. Sargasm is an ongoing literary project and social experiment from the minds of Margo Bateman and Aubrey Jacobowitz. Together we have a substack newsletter, video podcast on youtube, and produce events around town for our audience.
